I know i need to post this in report but at the same time i want everyone else to see this hacker on HG
do you think he is hacking ?

He looks pretty fishy. I slowed down the part where you had slowed down a bit more, and it seems weird. I don't know if it is necessarily enough to get him banned, but I'm fairly sure for the staff to do anything about it you need to make a Player Report.
