Sponsor+ can use color in chat, but how about adding bold, italic, strikethrough, and underline? Would make sense since they're included in the How To: Write In Chat and Signs With Colors tutorial thread

Those chat formats were disabled for users since they were being used a lot to spam the chat, and were very spammy in general, specially the magic one (&k). Apologies for the inconvenience
