Actually, it is POSSIBLE to bot all of them. You can scrape the webpage at the same time as another user is passing the verification making it so that other users are giving the bot verification. Or you can complete the verification once yourself, then have the program modify the cookies so that they don't show that your ip already voted, but that you are verified.
