I never get this, but I did sometimes get that message (only like once).
I'm pretty sure it only happens with optifine or forge, not sure which.

its a glitch that sometimes happens, I'm not really sure about it

I'm 100% sure this isn't a Server side problem. Are you using any mods? Also, make sure you always use the LATEST MINECRAFT VERSION (Which in this case it's 1.8.8!)
