Suggestion: Perhaps instead of having long rows of health, replace it with resistance instead? Resistance will help manage our soups better and not spam soups every time we're hit. The Absorption potion effect is a little annoying since it does take up GUI space for those who are bothered by it and also annoying to keep track of health. If you do not find this an issue please take it into consideration.

Its not absorbtion health effect as the hearts for that would be yellow, not red.

I think the fact that a shadow does have to spam soups is good, as it balances the kit. It makes it much easier to kill when you do manage to hit it.
