Idea to block cussing:)

So when someone cusses yes i do think it should be a 24 hour ban but maybe after that they can get /ignore for a week. So like no one at all can hear them cuss for a week. And hopefully they will learn their lesson. Also Advertisers should have this happen to them too. Except it should still be a perm ban and they have to pay but they still get /ignore for a week
