I have capitol, and I want to get mockingjay. I'm not able to pay the full 100$ so I was gonna get the 50$ one because Im capitol and I would be able to get it. Im not aloud to get it though. It wont let me go to the purchase page and it keeps saying "You are not aloud to get this item"
