How can I buy a Rank for another member?

I would like to buy a rank for my friend, how would I do this? I don’t see a box to enter their name.

When you go to the store, it should ask you for a username when you go to view the ranks. Just enter their username there. If this does not appear, there should be a red logout button at the top of the screen. Click that, and then go to view the ranks.
