Help Please

Ok so I like playing on the creative server, and alot of people have costume maps, so like a map would be a tv and you could put it in a item frame and it looked cool. I was wondering how people do that.

Mockingjays make maps in the admins world, and then when they are put into item frames they make the pictures. The maps have to be made to line up exactly with the chunks, so that it fits exactly in the map.
