Fixed creepers in faction home

Well mindbasher and D_mean what ever his name is, is blowing up my faction home that i worked sooo hard on with creepers and creepers are not even supposed to blow up or break blocks in faction home :/

When do you discovered this Bug: like last weak
Explain what is the bug and how you repeat it: mindbasher and d_mean keep blowing it up with creepers
Where is this bug Located / In wich section?: Resouse world
