So, people have been abusing the ability to remain disguised along the game, to hack and not get their names noticed, I would suggest that when you die, you start flying over the person who killed you, when you die you can do /death and see the real IGN of who killed you, so that then you can report him/her with proper evidence

Not sure exactly how it works and if the disguise feature effects this but if there are player logs then i think they could trace the user by looking at that rounds info and who got assigned which name. I like your idea only problem i see with it is the /death command getting abused to discover ppl and possibly target those you dont like..
