Fixed Can't cancel team creation whilst muted.

Well you are sort of muted and that sort of makes you not beanie to talk in chat and there should be no point in needing to cancel the team it you are mute

But that means they cant create a team. They have to be invited to a team. Makes it harder for them to get into 2v2 or 3v3. Still a bug that should be fixed.

Yeah but since the title of this thread is cancelling the team . But yeah it's still a bug that needs to be fixed.

Muted is only to disable chat for a player. Since the report was not being able to use PvP commands that involve chat (not chat) it is a problem.
