I think either his price should be raised or the kit needs to be "nerfed" (I play League of Legends so I'm used to the phrase, but if you don't know what it means basically it means that it needs to get "weaker".)

He is weak at a distance. The Katniss class wrecks his day.
What I do is I use the fire bender class and get a few good bow shots in then rush him and constantly circle while hitting him.
