Are You Allowed To Spawn Kill?

The sign says no spawn killing, but people do it and say its ok. I would like it to be ok too, but I don't want to violate the rules without getting a notify that its ok to spawn kill. May You Tell me Zainos if its ok? If its not ok, may you plz also say in the reply what the penalty is for spawn killing plz. Thank you Zainos for parting your time to read.

Zainos updated that rule, no you can't spawn camp NON-VIPs, but you can camp VIPs. :lol: :twisted:
