Well, what people say isn't always correct, if your application is accepted, you will be Helper. You must get promoted to a higher staff rank. And no, if you are Mockingjay, you Do Not get Mod instantly. You will be Helper if accepted, even as a Mockingjay. Please, listening to people who don't know what they are talking about, if you have a question, and please, try and refer to staff as they are the most knowledgeable about things referring to the server.
