SCBB Afk Kick Timer

Well, sometimes a player is stuck loading and can't stop loading.
The AFK kick timer would kick them if they stay loading too long, so it doesn't end up being an impossible to win match (unless someone leaves)
It would also give a warning before kicking (so if it's someone hiding they can move a bit and go back)

If a player is stuck they should report the bug, not get kicked.

Anyway, I disagree. The AFK kicker would need to have a still player for X amount of minutes. Having 1 is way too little, 2 or 3 is too much.

It's that some players computers aren't as good and stop loading because their computer's aren't too well.
