That'd kinda require people to actually play them. From what I've seen, people typically only play Parkour, Creative, Survival, and occasionally PvP.

I joined somewhere mid 2013 on the account I used prior to this one. I wouldn't consider myself an active player though as I typically quit Minecraft every year until I enjoy the game again. However I still keep up with everyone I've met in the community throughout the years.

Nah I get it. Similar situation for me as well. Lot of memories throughout the 6 or so years I've been in HHG. Nice to see some relatively old members pop in every now and then.

I'm pretty sure Zainos was considering on adding in a feature to where players can essentially 'rent' kits up to one kill a kit just to see how they work before actually purchasing them.

Not sure which one HHG uses exactly, however I’m pretty sure there are some decent ones for free floating around if you’re trying to start your own server.

Yeah I used to run on a toaster PC, but there were always a few solutions to my frame problems back then. A couple being low-res packs, increasing allocated RAM, setting priority to high, using OptiFine, closing background processes, etc. There's a plethora of methods to try and increase frames...
