You can use some kind of cannon to get sand on other peoples plots and in the path thing. This one person, Henrique_pikachu was using this cannon to get sand in the pathway.

I went to HolyWarrior777's plot in creative and he was firing a tnt cannon. I don't know if this is allowed or to but it is definitely a bug.
