For cobblestone/stone gens when hoppers are under the cobblestone/stone it gives you the items. Also after 15 to 30 minute periods it gives you the liquids without the bucket.

For things like cobble/stone gen putting hoppers underneath the cobble/stone gives you the item without having to mine. Also under water/ lava after a 30/60 min period it gives you the liquid without a bucket. P.S. If you dont like this idea explain why and vise versa with liking it.
