You need more practice then.

That doesn't work with IT at all. Half of the time we can only make guesses, we try what we think it is, if it doesn't work we try something else. Keep doing that until it's right, then next time you remember. When we setup a computer it's supposed to work but that doesn't always happen. Then we have to fix it. Just because we setup computers a lot doesn't mean it's gonna work the way it's supposed to.
