Just post the map in the "Maps and Worlds" forum. If it gets accepted, then they will need the download. If its declined, you can make changes and then you arent uploading a world save twice

No. Having a map accepted does not give you immediate access to build team. You still have to apply at www.happy-hg.com/buildteam
