No one is allowed to know the seed, but a good way of experimenting slime chunks is to make a layer below Y 40 and well, see if you get lucky I guess. There really is no other way.

Or make your island swamp biome, that's another way.

I still don't know what a slime chunk is, but they seem to always spawn on the bottom layer, anyway my friend has this and it works really well so maybe it'll help, idk
