Why won't it let me on the server?

Today i've been trying to get on the server and it keeps saying that someone is using my Username on the server. I have tried everything to get on the server. I have restarted my internet, I have restarted minecraft many times, and I deleted the server and added it back and it still won't work. I would appreciate if you can help me with this problem. Also my friends say that I'm online but I'm not. -From _ClassicNeko_
